Sister & Co. lifestyle: Coconut and peppermint bath soak

This bath soak is amazing, especially if you feel slightly under the weather –  the peppermint oil decongests your body and your mind and the coconut oil soaks into your skin to make it really smooth and soft. 

All you need:

1 tbsp extra-virgin coconut oil

About 10 drops peppermint essential oil

All you need to do:

Simply add the tablespoon of coconut oil to your bath (under the hot tap while still running) and then add the few drops of peppermint essential oil. Peppermint is a great essential oil because it's so clarifying but there are lots of others you can use- try violet, chamomile or geranium. You can buy essential oils at all good health food shops, and they're not expensive.
